H2Offshore Engineering B.V. provided engineering support during the SylWin-1 tender phase. The SylWin-1 project consists of a Base Frame weighing approximately 6800 mT and a Topsides of approximately 14000 mT. The Topsides is installed by means of a float over in the German Bight region of the North Sea. The platform components are fabricated at the Nordic fabrication yards in Wismar and Warnemünde, Germany.

The SylWin1 platform will connect the Dan Tysk wind farm to the onshore electricity grid network by a 160 km sea cable and a 45 km land cable to the converter station in Büttel, Schleswig-Holstein.
