Heerema Marine Contractors Nederland SE contracted H2Offshore Engineering BV for providing transport and installation engineering support for the transport and installation of 333 pin-piles for 111 Foundation Jackets and the piles for two Offshore Sub Stations.

The Jackets and associated Piles for the foundations are designed by Ørsted and fabricated by multiple companies in Taiwan and South Korea. The OSS is designed by Rambol and fabricated by Keppel FELS in Singapore.

The Greater Changhua offshore wind projects are planned to be developed on four sites in the Taiwan Strait, from 35km to 60km off the coast of Changhua County, Taiwan.
